IDE "Sensation and Creation" Class

Service Description

Prices includes $1.30 credit card processing fee. In this class we will consider the ways that contemplative practices can help create a bridge between our interior and exterior environments. We will explore using guided imagery and sensation- based improvisation techniques to help develop one's authentic inner voice as it translates into the creation of movement for choreography.
