Beginning/Intermediate Ballet w/Luther DeMyer

July 17th, 24th, & 31st

Wednesdays • 6:00 – 7:30pm

Luther’s class will be accessible to newcomers as well as movers with previous ballet experience. In this class, everything will be sequential –  beginning with work at the barre and progressing to movement in the center. Combinations will be presented to meet the needs of all students. If you don’t have ballet shoes, no worries, just wear socks. Come enjoy an enriching physical and mental workout!

Luther DeMyer was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana and received his dance training at the Indianapolis School of Ballet under the guidance of Victoria Lyras. He went on to study at Miami City Ballet School and Pacific Northwest Ballet School, and he attended summer courses at the School of American Ballet. He is currently a dancer with Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle. At PNB, he has performed works by George Balanchine, Alexander Ekman, Jean-Christophe Maillot, Justin Peck, Crystal Pite, and Jerome Robbins.
